1.I agree with the text-talk one. not all people use short text lingo most of us spell out the entire words. some people are just not good spellers and I also think that adults hold is to HIGH standards. they try to have us spell words that we have never seen or used before which I'm sure they had trouble with too.
2. I disagree with the addicted to technology one because although not all of us are there are some teens that are terrible about it. I know some girls that are on their phones and twitter non-stop and it gets very annoying. I don't think we are that bad but we have our downfalls. It as not all our fault though because most of our homework and assignments are based on a computer.
3. I think I would tell them about the antisocial one because it is very hypocritical. Some of our parents spend all day sitting in a chair on the computer and they seem just fine to us. Why should it be different just for teens? Most of us aren't on the computer or twitter or anything for hours on end we just look at it every once in awhile.
4. I think that the myth that a lot of parents say is that social media is pointless because it has a lot of benefits and it can help you learn a lot about the world. We can communicate with celebrities, friends, family, and companies in our spare time. It is a time to relax, have a laugh or two, and then move on with your life.
